How does the program work? Our Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to Ryders Ranch. You do this by placing special links (provided by us) on your site that direct customers to our site. These links contain a special id (your affiliate id) that allows us to track who you referred. Every time you refer a customer to us and that customer makes a purchase, you earn a 10% commission on that purchase. [back to top]

When will I get paid? Approximately 30 days following the end of each calendar month we will send you a payment for your earned referral fees (less returns, discounts, and applicable taxes, if any). If your fees total less than $25.00 in any calendar month, they will be accrued until the total is at least $25.00 or until this affiliation is terminated, whichever is earlier. [back to top]

How will I get paid? You have a choice to either have a deposit made to your PayPal account, or to receive payment by cheque. [back to top]

Do I have to qualify to become an Affiliate? No! We have no restrictions. However, we reserve the right to terminate an affiliate if we find that any of our content is being used without permission. [back to top]

Will becoming an Affiliate increase traffic to my site? Our Affiliate Program is a revenue-sharing program. It is not designed to help you increase traffic to your site. You earn commission on orders placed from customers who were referred to us from your site or email. [back to top]

How do I get links? Once your application is completed, you will receive login instructions to our affiliate section. In there you will be able to select links to copy and paste into your site or email. [back to top]

Where should I place the links on my site? You can place the links on any page you wish on your site! We recommend that you place the links on pages that receive the most traffic, or on pages that have the most relevant content to the link. This will allow more people, or more targeted people, to view the link which could result in more people clicking on it and buying from our site. [back to top]

How often should I update my links? You should regularily check for new links to our products that may better compliment the content of the page where you placed our link. Link images may change at our discretion and requires no additional code change by you. [back to top]

Can I use your content on my site? Yes and no. We have no authority to authorize the content on our site provided to us by Regal Greetings and Gifts, but if you wish to use any other content, please contact us for consideration & permission. [back to top]

How much can I earn? We can't predict how much you will earn from our Affiliate Program because we don't know anything about your web site or your visitors. We can tell you that there are affiliates earning a few extra dollars to an extra income every month. Do I earn commissions on my own purchases? No. The Program is intended for commercial use only and you may not purchase Products through the Program for your own use. However, affiliates will be offered a 30% discount code for purchasing products for themselves. [back to top]

What about product returns?If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be deducted for any commission earned on that sale. [back to top]

How can I monitor my sales? You can log in to your affiliate account to view your current sales report and referral link counts at any time. [back to top]

Who processes orders and handles customer service? We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site. We do the rest! [back to top]

How will you know that the orders came from my site? When a visitor on your site clicks on our link, a cookie will be set in their browser indentifying that you sent this customer. If this customer orders something from our site and completes the payment, your affililiate ID will be associated with the order. There is no expiry date associated with the date the referral was sent and when they may purchase something. [back to top]

How often can I view reports? You can run reports as often as you wish. Our affiliate section, is updated automatically with the latest information about your link. [back to top]
