We describe our site as "Leisure Escapes at Your home. So what does that mean. To us it means surrounding yourself in your home enviroment in a way that soothes your soul and where you find pleasure in spending your time. This varies greatly depending on your imagination, lifestyle and beliefs and is wide open to possibilities.
To some people, travelling to other countries is always new, exciting, and a very enriching experience, taking you away from the everyday grind. Where do you go? Hawaii, Mexico, Greece, Carribean..etc? How long do you have there? One, two, three weeks? Then when you get back, it hardly feels like you ever went except for some pictures and a few souveniers. Wouldn't it be nice to have that cultural presense with you a little longer, at your own home?
To other people, hobbies and recreational play helps to relax them, whether it be playing games with the family, or online, or using your artistic talents through crafts.
How do you create a Leisure Escape feeling at your home?
We locate & provide ideas, information and products to help you create a look and feel of other places and countries so that you can, in a manner of speaking, transport yourself there when you need to escape. This may be accomplished through designing & building your own garden & pond, recreational play such as games and activities for both adults and children, decorating your home with theme furnishings, and discussing and sharing your Leisure Escape ideas with other people.
Our site is constantly accumulating new ideas, information and products from either our resources, or others, that can help you live, work, and play better at your home...whatever that means to you. And of course help you find ways to have more leisure time! That's what we look for and bring to you.
